VLAN Asia and Zendesk Team Up - Internet Alliance Business Summit 2024
The Internet Alliance Business Summit 2024 on October 9 brought together a fantastic mix of business leaders and tech enthusiasts, and VLAN Asia was right there at the heart of it as a Gold Sponsor. Partnering with Zendesk, we crafted an interactive booth experience at The Connexion Bangsar, where visitors could explore customer service solutions in an easy-going, hands-on way.

At VLAN Asia’s booth, visitors got to dive into Zendesk’s customer service tools without the usual formalities. Our goal was to keep things laid-back, welcoming everyone to learn through friendly conversations, visual displays, and engaging Q&A sessions. Instead of product demos, we opted for a more personal approach. This allowed attendees to ask questions and gain real insights into how Zendesk can fit their business needs. It was all about exploring tools that make customer service more manageable, efficient, and human, sparking natural discussions around customer care and support solutions.
